Ricoh is promising that its new 64in-wide Pro L5130/L5160 latex roll-to-roll printers will be made available throughout Europe early next year.
Shown at Viscom in Milan last week, they print at up to 44m2/hr in outdoor standard mode and 25m2/hr in indoor standard mode. Top resolution is 1,200 x 1,200dpi.
The Pro L5130/L5160 feature Ricoh printheads and have automated maintenance functionality. They use Ricoh’s Greenguard-certified latex inks, with CMYK and CMYK plus white options. The units support for 2in and 3in roll cores up to 200gsm.
