SAi looks to the Cloud with extended offerings for large-format print companies

SA International (SAi) has extended its Flexi and PhotoPrint software packages to include Web-based tools. SAi Flexi Cloud and SAi PhotoPrint Cloud install locally to a user’s computer, but deliver through the Cloud.

Accessible via a Cloud Web Window that sits on a user’s desktop display, SAi Flexi Cloud and SAi PhotoPrint Cloud offer three new tools for users wherever they are working.

– Local and remote production information through Job Reports – tool that provides summary production information on completed projects, providing analytics on print-and-cut jobs, printer and media usage, as well as total production time on each job.

– Cloud Storage – an on-line data hosting facility that provides 1GB of free storage.

– FlexiQuote – a Web-based tool that allows users to create customer quotes. It comes pre-loaded with a database of standard media and their costs and factors in labour, commissions, discounts and taxes.
