Screen to show Equiosnet connectivity
Screen is to present its Equiosnet single universal production environment as part of its involvement in the CIP4 Print Automation Pavilion in Hall 7 at Ipex, where advancements in print automation will be highlighted.
For end-to-end automation, it is necessary to automatically link across vendor boundaries and therefore Screen will begin licensing the Equiosnet imposition function to vendors of MIS, web-to-print and other relevant products as part of its Equiosnet Partnership Programme.
The Partnership Programme is a workflow collaboration scheme between Screen and a wide range of specialist graphic arts vendors, designed to enable end-to-end automation via JDF integration from the desktop, via web-to-print and MIS through platesetting, printing and finishing.
