Hillington Park based Signs Express has delivered displays and signage for interactive exhibition ‘Powering The Future’ at Glasgow Science Centre – a £1.5m project designed to stimulate public debate around the energy ‘trilemma’ of security, affordability, and environment sustainability.
Over the period of three weeks from initial design, there were numerous elements to the work carried out by Signs Express, including interactive display panels, exhibit interpretation boards, built up text and other bespoke items. There were also various illuminated displays including the Entrance Sign, the Biowall Sign (an entire living wall system containing a range of different plant species) and The Dancefloor (expending energy in the form of dancing).
