Gecko Programmes, a Birmingham based business, is working with Creative Industries based in the Greater Birmingham and Solihull LEP area to help develop and upskill their workforces through the Skills Support for the Workforce Programme.
The programme is funded through the European Social Fund (ESF), awarded by the Skills Funding Agency. The focus of the funding is to offer a training needs analysis set against business objectives and to provide fully funded training tailored to meet an organisation’s needs. In order to be eligible businesses must employ less than 250 employees and be based within the Greater Birmingham and Solihull LEP area. Employees must be 19 years of age or over.
