Spandex has added the Epson SureColorT SC-S70600 64in printer to the range of print and print finishing equipment it sells.
The Epson SureColor SC-S70600 supports white and metallic ink simultaneously and uses Epson’s UltraChrome GSX Ink and Micro Piezo TFP printhead for print resolutions of up to 1440 x 1440dpi.
The ink-set, featuring light magenta, light cyan, light black and orange as well as CMYK, gives the eight-colour SC-S70600 the widest colour gamut of Epson’s SureColor range. The ten-colour model also includes white and metallic inks.
Users can print colours, solid whites and special metallic effects on clear film, vinyl, canvas, photographic paper and a range of popular banner substrates at up to 64in(162.6cm) in width.
When using eight-colours, the SC-S70600 prints at up to 26.8m2/hr in high-speed mode – and at up to 4.0m2/hour when metallic ink is enabled.
Thanks to a jack system at the rear, loading a new roll is a one-person job.
