    Spandex confirms November open house dates

    Spandex has confirmed that its next open house will take place in Bristol on 26 – 27 November and will follow the theme ‘Learn, Discover and Benefit’.?

    The two-day event will include seminars like ‘Succeeding in today’s economy’ by Vaughan Allcock, owner of Event Signs, a 25-year-old sign-making business. Author and marketing consultant, Jackie Jarvis, is also returning to the event to explain ‘How to sell the natural way to attract and keep more customers’.

    A number of interactive workshops will also be on offer. One such workshop will focus on textile marking and allow participants to try heat presses and Spandex’s range of textile marking materials. Other workshops will cover vehicle wrapping, lamination techniques, fixings and fastenings, and new techniques in modular sign systems.

    The open house will see Spandex demonstrate the large-format digital kit it supplies, including the 64in eight-colour Epson Stylus Pro GS6000 and the new Mutoh Kona plotter. The Gerber Solara ion, a flatbed/roll-to-roll, wide-format, UV inkjet printer featuring advanced GerberCat cationic inks and Cold Fire Cure technology will also be on display as will a range of media.?
