Speed without compromise from Epson’s Stylus Pro SP-9700
The recent release in Ireland of Epson’s Stylus Pro 9700 44in inkjet printer provides the country’s LFP printing companies with a high speed large-format printer for posters and graphics that does not compromise Epson’s renowned print quality.
Designed to print POS materials as well as CAD/GIS prints, the addition of vivid magenta to its UltraChrome Ink set has seen Epson claim that the Stylus Pro SP-9700 will give printers here the opportunity to produce much more accurate, longer lasting life like colour prints for greater impact. The ink set also includes both Matte and Photo black inks, which maximises quality on any given media.

The new spindle-less flange system on the printer also makes changing roll substrates much easier and reduces the machines overall footprint. It handles a wide variety media types, sizes and tensions while the new rotary paper cutter is more durable, cuts smoothly and cleanly in seconds, eliminating the need for manual cutting.
