Supply chain risk management company Avetta has published a white paper entitled ‘In the Event of a Workplace Fatality – Reacting in the Wake of Catastrophe’.
The 11-page document offers advice, on issues such as immediate steps to take after a worker dies, dealing with potential or perceived negligence, assisting the deceased employee’s family, dealing with OSHA and insurance.
