Sun Chemical UK made the shortlist for the Customer Satisfaction Achievement Award in the recent British Quality Foundation (BQF) Awards 2014.
It made the cut for demonstrating a unique approach to building outstanding relationships. Playing a key role in its selection was the company’s internal Business Improvement and Six Sigma process improvement information, which is shared on an ongoing basis with customers to help them achieve the best results through reduced downtime and improved processes.
