Xaar has appointed a new chief financial officer in the shape of Lily Liu. She takes over the role on 2 May, when she also becomes company secretary and a board director.
Liu, who has an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a BA in Economics from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, has spent the past four years at Smiths Group.
Xaar chief executive Doug Edwards, said of Liu: “We are confident she will make a valuable contribution as Xaar continues its progress toward the vision of generating annual revenues of £220m by 2020.”
